Please allow for 2-4 weeks delivery within the US and 3-5 weeks on international orders.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Every piece is handmade in NYC. Variations in tone and surface texture are due to the hand-made nature of their production, making each item one of a kind.

Exchange requests or returns on FULL PRICED merchandise are subject to approval by Gillian Steinhardt Jewelry within 14 days of receipt of goods. Exchanges are made in the case of incorrect sizing or damaged product. Returns are only accepted if you are shipped damaged product. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, online shopping credit will be given in exchange for the purchased items.

With each piece comes a warning stating the proper ways to care for gold plated jewelry. If this is ignored and the plating does in fact fade, a return or exchange WILL NOT be accepted.

We will not refund your original shipping charges and take note that refunds take a full billing cycle to appear on your statement.

 

Repairs:

Gillian Steinhardt Jewelry accepts repairs purchased through gilliansteinhardtjewelry.com up to 6 months after the date of purchase at no charge. After 6 months, repairs will be subject to a fee. All repairs must be approved by GS Jewelry prior to sending. GS Jewelry reserves the right to deny and unreasonable repair request. All repair inquiries should be directed to support@gilliansteinhardtjewelry.com The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Product Care:

Gillian Steinhardt Jewelry gold and rhodium plated jewelry is delicate and requires special care. To maintain the plated finish, avoid rough or abrasive surfaces. Do not wash hands, apply lotion, or exercise while wearing your plated pieces to avoid earring away the coating. To clean your jewelry, use a soft cotton cloth.

Gillian Steinhardt Jewelry collects the following information upon placing your order: First and last name, mailing address, email address, billing/shipping address and phone number. We ask you for this information in case we need to contact you regarding your order. We do not sell or give your personal information to marketing agencies and will only contact you by phone if there is an issue or question with your order, unless there is reason to believe the user is violating the terms and conditions of our website, or where otherwise required by law or legal process.

GS Jewelry also collects this information to provide enhanced customer service and to provide a better shopping experience.
